Skyrix Customer Portal launched

Skyrix Software announce new on-line Customer Portal to enhance service and support for existing users

MAGDEBURG, September 22nd, 2006  Skyrix has launched a new Customer Portal for users of the SKYRiX family of products and services, which include Instant OGo Groupware Linux and ZideLook MAPI Outlook Connector software products as well as all setup, maintenance and support services related to these products.

The portal is accessed by the Skyrix website, or direct using the following web address: http://www.instantogo.com/portal/ and is powered by OpenGroupware.org components and technology.

The new Customer Portal gives Skyrix users an overview about their current subscriptions and it is a useful reference center for product information and user manuals.

An upcoming version of the portal software is already in development. It will provide the ability to log and manage help calls and requests for changes on-line.
